Thank you for visiting my website. 

I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor and I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) whose ethical framework and guidelines I adhere to within my practices. 

My Counselling Qualifications include a Professional Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and Level 2 and 3 Certificates in Counselling Skills

As part of my continued professional development, I have undertaken professional training such as, but not limited to Motivational Interviewing, Working with Endings, Attachment Theory, Working with Metaphor, Understanding Self Harm, Youth Suicide, Understanding Female Genital Mutilation, Unconscious Bias, Mindfulness and Wellbeing and I am also a mental health first aider

I am experienced in facilitating group therapy and support groups

I have worked with the charity Place2Be as a School Counsellor and I was also a volunteer counsellor with Cruse Bereavement Care and Ealing SAFE Counselling, working with young people up to the age of 18

Prior to my becoming a counsellor, I was a secondary school teacher and I also work with young offenders.

I am fully enhanced DBS checked
